Fancy a window cleaner who turns up when he says he will? Look no further!

Have you ever found yourself staring out of grimy windows wondering when – indeed, if – your window cleaner is going to turn up?  Switch to Waterfed Pole WindowCleaning UK and those days will be over.

We all know that some individuals give an industry a bad name: cowboy builders, estate agents who are economical with the truth, pushy car salesmen.  One of the complaints we hear regularly from the customers whose windows we clean across Kent, Sussex and Surrey is about the window cleaners who simply don’t turn up when they say they will.  They promise they’ll be around next month, then next month comes and goes, and the weeks whistle by, and the windows get grimier and grimier.

We’re proud to say that Waterfed Pole Window Cleaning UK customers are delighted with our punctuality.  We’ve scored 96% for reliability and timekeeping out of more than 200 reviews from our customers on Checkatrade, and we’ve not had one report for missing an appointment in the last six months.  Even when the heavens open and we can’t do our rounds, we ensure we make up for lost time so all our customers get their windows cleaned when they were expecting to.

Great customer service is important to us – and great reliability and timekeeping are two of the standards appreciated by our customers.

Why we don’t use chemicals when we clean your windows

We don’t use detergent when we clean your windows for two reasons: quality and the environment.

The first reason why we don’t use chemicals when we clean our customers’ windows across Kent, Sussex and Surrey is because detergent leaves streaks.  It’s impossible to get truly sparkling windows when you use detergents, no matter how much you brush and shine.  The only way to avoid streaks is to avoid detergent.  So we just use pure, filtered water.  The soft brushes on the ends of our extendable poles gently shift the dirt, and the pure water washes it off, leaving truly clean windows.

But this has a second advantage: waterfed pole window cleaning is the most environmentally friendly window cleaning system there is.  As we only use pure, filtered water, there are no chemicals to run off the windows and pollute the water system.

Sparkling windows and environmentally friendly.  Two great reasons for choosing Waterfed Pole Window Cleaning UK.

Enjoy high-rise living? You can still enjoy clean windows.

If you live one an upper floor of an apartment building, you may have got used to living with grimy windows.  But our window cleaning system can reach up to five storeys from the ground.

Cleaning windows several storeys up used to be a once a year job, involving winches, platforms and pulleys.  But getting sparkling results even for high flyers is now easy, with waterfed pole window cleaning.

The extendable poles can reach up to five storeys high from ground level, so there is no need ever to compromise on having gleaming windows.  Plus we use only pure, filtered water and soft brushes, meaning we achieve great results.  And our windows stay cleaner for longer, because we clean the frames before we clean the panes (so dirt from the frames doesn’t wash onto the panes with the first rain).

So if you live in an upper-storey flat in Kent, Sussex or Surrey, Waterfed Pole Window Cleaning UK is the answer to your prayers for clean windows.

At Her Majesty’s Service: our window-cleaning service for prisons

We are proud to have customers across Kent, Sussex and Surrey: domestic, commercial, schools, care homes… and prisons.

When we were first asked to clean windows at a Kent prison, we weren’t quite sure why they had selected us out of all the window cleaners in the area, so we asked them.  And this is what they told us:

1. They needed window cleaners who were CRB checked: It’s a responsible position so they needed to know that the window cleaners they appointed were honest and reliable.
2. They wanted a cost-effective service: With a large number of windows to clean, the window cleaning bill can be quite high, so the prison was looking to employ a cost-effective service.  With waterfed pole window cleaning, there are no ladders to move and climb up and down, so we can clean windows several times quicker than traditional window cleaners, making us efficient and price effective.
3. They wanted window cleaners who could easily reach the upper floors: Our waterfed poles reach up to five storeys high from the ground.

Honest and reliable, cost effective and able to reach up to five floors from the ground.  All reasons why we clean windows for Her Majesty’s Service.

All reasons why we make great window cleaners for homes and commercial buildings across Kent, Sussex and Surrey.

Our commitment to giving you the best possible window cleaning

Our window cleaning achieves the best possible results: sparkling windows that stay cleaner for longer.  Here’s how we do it:

1. We clean the frames before we clean the panes: If you don’t clean the window frames, the moment it rains, all the muck on them washes straight onto your clean glass.  That’s why we clean the frames first.
2. We don’t use dirty rags: Have you seen the state of most window cleaners’ cloths?  And you wonder why you’re not happy with their work?  Which is why we don’t use cloths, just soft brushes that are part of our waterfedpole window cleaning system.
3. We don’t use dirty water: Traditional window cleaners lug around one bucket of water, using it for several windows.  We use a continual stream of pure, filtered water, so the last window we clean at your house or office is just as gleaming as the first one.
4. We don’t use detergents: Detergents leave windows smeary (and they’re not great for the environment). We only use pure water so we don’t leave streaks.
5. We take pride in our work: We’re professionals.  We love what we do, and we love doing it well.  And we love having happy customers across Kent, Sussex and Surrey.

The caring window cleaners – why we don’t charge after bereavement

Over the years, we have got to know a lot of our window cleaning customers really well.  So when they suffer a loss, we like to our little bit to help.

Nothing can compensate for a death in the family – we know that.  But we also know that at such a difficult time, the last thing our customers want is to be chased for a window cleaning bill.  We know they really have got more pressing things on their minds, so we do the very little we can to try and ease their stress, just a tiny bit.

So we don’t charge for our waterfed pole window cleaning service when we know there has been a death in the immediate family.  We know it’s not much, but it’s important to us to deliver a great service, and part of delivering a great service – in our view – is being caring, even when you’re only there to clean the windows.

We hope you never have to take us up on this offer, but we offer it readily to all our customers who suffer a bereavement.

Protecting your privacy: we we’re the discreet window cleaning service

“You know what I like best about Shidan and his team?  They don’t suddenly appear at the window when you step out of the shower.  That used to happen all the time with the old lot.  I like that this lot stay on the ground and can’t see what’s going on upstairs.”

That’s what the 16-year-old daughter of one our customers told her recently.  And she’s right: we keep our feet firmly on the ground.  Our extendable window-cleaning poles mean we can clean windows up to six storeys high, but we’ll never pop up unexpectedly.

We always knock on the door to let you know that we are doing your windows, so if you’re in, you know not to take risks on the ground floor.  But what happens on the upper storeys, stays on the upper storeys!

So if you’ve ever been disturbed unexpectedly by your window cleaner, it may be time to consider swapping to Waterfed Pole Window Cleaning.  Not only will we protect your privacy, we don’t use dirty water and dirtier rags – just pure water to gently bring the sparkle back to your windows.  And our windows stay cleaner for longer, because we clean the panes before we clean the frames.

How waterfed pole window cleaning will get your conservatory sparkling like new

It may have been a cold spring, but finally that forgotten garden room is beginning to come into its own.  But sitting in your conservatory can be ruined by dead leaves all over the roof and grimy panes.

Conservatories really are summer rooms.  As the days get warmer, enjoying your morning coffee with the sunlight streaming in, or sipping a glass of wine as the evening rays stretch in through the windows, is a perfect way to enjoy the British summer.

But to get the most out of your conservatory, you need to give it some TLC.  The winter is not kind to conservatories: all those dead leaves, seeds, pine needles and general muck being blown onto them.  So, if you don’t want to be peering through the grime, it’s time to get some expert window cleaners in.

Waterfed pole window cleaning is perfect for conservatories.  The extendable poles mean we don’t have to prop ladders up against the glass walls.  Nor do we have to stretch across the glass roof.  Keeping our feet firmly on the ground, we use the pure water and soft brushes to gently wash away the winter.  So you can enjoy your conservator the way you were meant to enjoy it: with sparkling windows so you can get the most out of enjoying the outside, inside.

Waterfed pole window cleaning – perfect for getting your conservatory back to its summer glory.

So when we come to clean your windows – wherever you are in Kent, Sussex or Surrey – you can rest assured that our professional service means you have nothing to worry about.  The only thing for you to do, is to enjoy your sparkling windows that stay cleaner for longer, because we clean the frames before we clean the panes, meaning there is no residual dirt to be washed onto the panes the first time it rains.

Safety first: why waterfed pole window cleaning is the safe window cleaning solution

Cleaning windows six storeys up used to be a risky business – until waterfed pole window cleaning created a safer option.

There’s nothing simple about balancing on a ladder, washing a window six storeys up: it’s inherently risky.  In fact, anything involving ladders is risky: 45 people died falling from ladders in 2013, according to the Office for National Statistics.  Then there are all the less serious accidents: ladders going through windows, damaging conservatory roofs, buckets being dropped from ladders…

Unfortunately there are too many variables in which ladders can be involved in accidents!  That’s why we don’t like them and why we decided to abandon them for the waterfed pole window cleaning system.

The extendable poles mean we can reach up to six storeys while still keeping our feet firmly on the ground.  What’s more, the waterfed pole window cleaning system gives a much better finish than traditional window cleaning methods.  There is no detergent, buckets of murky water or dirty rags: just pure, filtered water applied with soft brushes to leave sparkling windows.  And, as we clean the frames before we wash the panes, there is no residual dirt to be washed back onto the windows by the first rain, so the windows stay cleaner for longer.

A safe service and a great finish – everything you’ve ever wanted from your window cleaner!

Why waterfed pole window cleaning is the right option for gardeners

As the green shoots of spring burst forth, waterfed pole window cleaning offers the best option for gardeners who want to protect their young plants.

As we do our window-cleaning rounds in Kent, Sussex and Surrey, we’re noticing more and more eager gardeners venturing out in their wellies and gloves to help their gardens get into shape for the warm months ahead.  And for all of you gardeners, we have some great news:

Waterfed pole window cleaning is the best way of cleaning your windows without damaging your garden.

Traditional window cleaning involves propping a ladder up against the wall to reach the upper stories: all too often the legs of the ladder damage the tender young plants at the base of the wall.  Plus the detergents can run off into the flower beds below, polluting the soil.

But with waterfed pole window cleaning, there are no ladders.  We keep our feet firmly on the ground: using extendable poles that can reach up to six stories, soft brushes and pure, filtered water, we gently clean the windows to leave no smears and no damaged plants.  And, because we don’t use detergents, there are no chemicals to run off into your flower beds and pollute the ground.

NO smears

NO damaged plants

NO polluting chemicals

Just fantastic, sparkling windows that stay cleaner for longer, meaning you can admire your gardening handiwork through your gleaming windows.

Eco friendly window cleaning at its best

Our window cleaning not only leaves your windows sparkling, it is also environmentally friendly.

Waterfed pole window cleaning has many benefits.  Key among these is the fantastic finish: there’s no bucket of dirty water or grimy rag, just fresh water to gently rinse your windows clean.  Plus we clean the frames before we do the panes, so your windows stay cleaner for longer (unlike other methods, which mean the windows get dirty again as soon as it rains).

But one of the other major advantages is that it is good for the environment.  Traditional window cleaning methods rely on detergent to shift the dirt; this detergent can leave smears, but it also runs off into the water system.  Waterfed pole window cleaning has no chemicals: it just uses the simple power of pure, filtered water and gentle brushes to leave windows sparkling, without damaging the environment.

So, if you want windows that look great without damaging the environment, you’ve definitely come to the right place.  What’s more, we create environmentally friendly clean windows right across Kent, Sussex and Surrey.
