Enjoy high-rise living? You can still enjoy clean windows.

If you live one an upper floor of an apartment building, you may have got used to living with grimy windows.  But our window cleaning system can reach up to five storeys from the ground.

Cleaning windows several storeys up used to be a once a year job, involving winches, platforms and pulleys.  But getting sparkling results even for high flyers is now easy, with waterfed pole window cleaning.

The extendable poles can reach up to five storeys high from ground level, so there is no need ever to compromise on having gleaming windows.  Plus we use only pure, filtered water and soft brushes, meaning we achieve great results.  And our windows stay cleaner for longer, because we clean the frames before we clean the panes (so dirt from the frames doesn’t wash onto the panes with the first rain).

So if you live in an upper-storey flat in Kent, Sussex or Surrey, Waterfed Pole Window Cleaning UK is the answer to your prayers for clean windows.

At Her Majesty’s Service: our window-cleaning service for prisons

We are proud to have customers across Kent, Sussex and Surrey: domestic, commercial, schools, care homes… and prisons.

When we were first asked to clean windows at a Kent prison, we weren’t quite sure why they had selected us out of all the window cleaners in the area, so we asked them.  And this is what they told us:

1. They needed window cleaners who were CRB checked: It’s a responsible position so they needed to know that the window cleaners they appointed were honest and reliable.
2. They wanted a cost-effective service: With a large number of windows to clean, the window cleaning bill can be quite high, so the prison was looking to employ a cost-effective service.  With waterfed pole window cleaning, there are no ladders to move and climb up and down, so we can clean windows several times quicker than traditional window cleaners, making us efficient and price effective.
3. They wanted window cleaners who could easily reach the upper floors: Our waterfed poles reach up to five storeys high from the ground.

Honest and reliable, cost effective and able to reach up to five floors from the ground.  All reasons why we clean windows for Her Majesty’s Service.

All reasons why we make great window cleaners for homes and commercial buildings across Kent, Sussex and Surrey.

Our commitment to giving you the best possible window cleaning

Our window cleaning achieves the best possible results: sparkling windows that stay cleaner for longer.  Here’s how we do it:

1. We clean the frames before we clean the panes: If you don’t clean the window frames, the moment it rains, all the muck on them washes straight onto your clean glass.  That’s why we clean the frames first.
2. We don’t use dirty rags: Have you seen the state of most window cleaners’ cloths?  And you wonder why you’re not happy with their work?  Which is why we don’t use cloths, just soft brushes that are part of our waterfedpole window cleaning system.
3. We don’t use dirty water: Traditional window cleaners lug around one bucket of water, using it for several windows.  We use a continual stream of pure, filtered water, so the last window we clean at your house or office is just as gleaming as the first one.
4. We don’t use detergents: Detergents leave windows smeary (and they’re not great for the environment). We only use pure water so we don’t leave streaks.
5. We take pride in our work: We’re professionals.  We love what we do, and we love doing it well.  And we love having happy customers across Kent, Sussex and Surrey.

The caring window cleaners – why we don’t charge after bereavement

Over the years, we have got to know a lot of our window cleaning customers really well.  So when they suffer a loss, we like to our little bit to help.

Nothing can compensate for a death in the family – we know that.  But we also know that at such a difficult time, the last thing our customers want is to be chased for a window cleaning bill.  We know they really have got more pressing things on their minds, so we do the very little we can to try and ease their stress, just a tiny bit.

So we don’t charge for our waterfed pole window cleaning service when we know there has been a death in the immediate family.  We know it’s not much, but it’s important to us to deliver a great service, and part of delivering a great service – in our view – is being caring, even when you’re only there to clean the windows.

We hope you never have to take us up on this offer, but we offer it readily to all our customers who suffer a bereavement.

Boosting profit for businesses with efficient window cleaning

Waterfed Pole Window Cleaning UK is helping businesses across Kent, Sussex and Surrey improve their profit margin by bringing down their costs with our efficient window cleaning service.  Here’s how.

We’re business people too; we understand that it’s all about the bottom line.  And we improve that bottom line by reducing the costs of businesses in the South East.  How do we do it?  Simple:

1.       Windows stay cleaner for longer when we wash them with our waterfed pole window cleaning system, because we clean the frames before we clean the panes, meaning there is no lingering dirt to be washed over the windows by the first rains.

2.       We bring commercial window cleaning rates down by working more effectively.  Because we don’t have to keep moving ladders and carrying buckets of water up and down them, we can work faster and more efficiently.  So we can offer more competitive rates than conventional window cleaners.  We were recently asked to take over a large commercial building: it had taken the previous window cleaners two people, working flat out for five days.  We sent one person – and he finished in two days!

When you see how efficient the waterfed pole window cleaning system is, you’ll understand how we can charge such competitive rates.

Summertime – and your windows may need cleaning more regularly

It doesn’t matter whether you’re in a city, town or the countryside, summer can make your windows every bit as dirty as winter.

There’s the dust that gets blown up from the roads and the fields.  There’s the pollen from the trees and flowers (if you suffer from hay fever, you know what we’re talking about!).  And there’s the pollution, which often doesn’t clear as well if the weather gets muggy.  If you’re in the country, there is often crop spraying and harvesting to contend with as well.

To make matters worse, with the sun high in the sky and the beautiful summer sunshine streaming in through your windows, every speck of dirt shows up so much more clearly.

That’s why summer is a really busy time for our waterfed pole windows cleaners: we try to fit in extra washes for our regular customers as they tell us that’s what they want.

If your windows are showing the tell-tale signs of summer in all its glory, give us a call and we will see if we can fit in an extra wash for you.

Why waterfed pole window cleaning is the right option for gardeners

As the green shoots of spring burst forth, waterfed pole window cleaning offers the best option for gardeners who want to protect their young plants.

As we do our window-cleaning rounds in Kent, Sussex and Surrey, we’re noticing more and more eager gardeners venturing out in their wellies and gloves to help their gardens get into shape for the warm months ahead.  And for all of you gardeners, we have some great news:

Waterfed pole window cleaning is the best way of cleaning your windows without damaging your garden.

Traditional window cleaning involves propping a ladder up against the wall to reach the upper stories: all too often the legs of the ladder damage the tender young plants at the base of the wall.  Plus the detergents can run off into the flower beds below, polluting the soil.

But with waterfed pole window cleaning, there are no ladders.  We keep our feet firmly on the ground: using extendable poles that can reach up to six stories, soft brushes and pure, filtered water, we gently clean the windows to leave no smears and no damaged plants.  And, because we don’t use detergents, there are no chemicals to run off into your flower beds and pollute the ground.

NO smears

NO damaged plants

NO polluting chemicals

Just fantastic, sparkling windows that stay cleaner for longer, meaning you can admire your gardening handiwork through your gleaming windows.

Free window cleaning – here’s how

We all like something for nothing, so how about having your windows expertlycleaned for nothing?  Sounds too go to be true?  It’s not!  Here’s how.

As any business person will tell you, the best form of marketing is word-of-mouth recommendation.  We all do it all the time:

You see a film you love, what do you do?  You tell your sister.

You read a fantastic book, what do you do?  You tell your mum.

You have a great meal at a restaurant, what do you do?  You tell your friends.

But does Steven Spielberg send you a free cinema ticket as a thank you?

Does the author send you a bonus chapter?

Do you get a bottle of champagne on the house next time you visit the restaurant?

The answer is no.  But we believe loyalty should be rewarded, so that’s what we do:

• We know we produce the most sparkling windows in Kent, Sussex and Surrey.
• We know they stay cleaner for longer than with conventional window-cleaning techniques.
• We know we have more than 200 happy customers.

So we want our happy customers to join in the window cleaning revolution and spread the word about Waterfed Pole Window Cleaning.  For every new customer you introduce, we will give you 20% off yournext wash.  So all you have to do is introduce 5 new customers and your next window clean in on the house.

• You’re happy.
• We’re happy.
• And your friends and family will be happy that you have introduced them to the best window cleaners in Kent, Sussex and Surrey.

All you need to do is talk to us when we next visit or give us a call to get your unique ID to start saving money through spreading the word about how great our window cleaning service is, and check out our terms and conditions online.

Eco friendly window cleaning at its best

Our window cleaning not only leaves your windows sparkling, it is also environmentally friendly.

Waterfed pole window cleaning has many benefits.  Key among these is the fantastic finish: there’s no bucket of dirty water or grimy rag, just fresh water to gently rinse your windows clean.  Plus we clean the frames before we do the panes, so your windows stay cleaner for longer (unlike other methods, which mean the windows get dirty again as soon as it rains).

But one of the other major advantages is that it is good for the environment.  Traditional window cleaning methods rely on detergent to shift the dirt; this detergent can leave smears, but it also runs off into the water system.  Waterfed pole window cleaning has no chemicals: it just uses the simple power of pure, filtered water and gentle brushes to leave windows sparkling, without damaging the environment.

So, if you want windows that look great without damaging the environment, you’ve definitely come to the right place.  What’s more, we create environmentally friendly clean windows right across Kent, Sussex and Surrey.

The secret to sparkling windows

Want sparkling windows?  The answer is simple, don’t use a bucket and cloth!

The problem with the traditional method of window cleaning is that what starts off as a clean bucket of water, soon becomes a rather dirty bucket of water.  Plus, the chances are that your rag has seen better days and is now impregnated with its fair share of grime.  So, instead of taking the dirt off your windows, you are soon simply moving it around.  Even worse is when you pay someone else to do it, and you realise they are using the same 2 inches of filthy water for all your windows.

The solution to truly sparkling windows is simple: it’s waterfed pole window cleaning.  First of all, there is no dirty water; the system relies on a continuous supply of clean, filtered water.  Also, there is no dirty rag; we use soft brushes to gently rub the dirt off your panes.

Just as importantly, we clean the frames before we clean the panes, so there is no surrounding dirt to run back onto your windows with the first downpour.  So your windows are not only sparkling, they stay sparkling for longer.  What’s more, we keep windows sparkling across Kent, Sussex and Surrey.

How our window cleaning could be protecting the eyesight of the South East’s school children

Could effective window cleaning be part of the solution to stopping rates of myopia among school children from rising?  New research suggests it may have a role to play.

Short-sightedness among school children is increasing dramatically.  An independent study published recently suggests lighting in schools could be a factor.

This research rekindles a previous theory.  In the 19^th century and early 20^th century it was believed that daylight was a key factor in preventing myopia among school children, so authorities built new schools with large windows to get as much natural light into classrooms as possible.   But in the 1960s it was believed that myopia was an inherited condition, so less was done to prevent it.

It’s now known that myopia is a seasonal disease, with rates rising in the winter, when the sun is lower, the days are shorter and the light less strong.  It’s also known that children’s education has far more impact on their eyesight than genetic factors.

Until conclusive research is undertaken, we are proud that we might be doing our bit to help the eyesight of school children in Kent, Sussex and Surrey.  The cleaner our schools windows are, the more natural light can get into the classrooms, and our waterfed pole window cleaning system produces the cleanest windows possible.

We already clean the windows of four schools in Kent, Sussex and Surrey; we are CRB checked so the schools know we not only do a good job but are safe contractors to have on site.   And we’d be delighted to help protect the eyesight of many more of the South East’s children!  So if you think the windows at your local school are looking a bit grubby, point them in our direction!

Proud to be professional window cleaners

Window cleaners don’t have a reputation for being professional.  We’re proud to buck the trend.

We are aware that a lot of window cleaners give the trade a bad name. They are door knockers, who take work as and when it suits them.  They say they’ll come back in a month, and then fail to show.  And often their only competitive edge is price.  And you know what they say: pay peanuts, get monkeys.  Or, in the case of window cleaning, get smeary windows that will be dirty again very soon.

At Waterfed Pole Window Cleaning UK we are proud to be different.  We call ourselves professional window cleaners because we are.  We do an excellent job, using the best equipment available.  We turn up when we say we will.  We have full public liability insurance, to protect both us and you.  We offer our customers the security of full Criminal Records Bureau checks, so they know they can trust us.  And we spend our time building up a relationship with our customers to make sure we deliver the service they want.

We don’t use the word professional lightly.

It underpins everything we do.

If you’re fed up with amateur window cleaners in Kent, Sussex or Surrey,

contact us for a truly professional window cleaning service.

What do you want from your window cleaner? We want to know.

What do you value most in your window cleaner?

Reliability – that they turn up when they say they will?
Quality of the wash?
Comprehensive insurance – so you and your home are covered if anything goes wrong?
Friendly and courteous manner?
Trustworthiness, backed by a Criminal Records Bureau check?
Membership of professional organisations?

Whatever you value most, we want to know.

At Waterfed Pole Window Cleaning UK, we are constantly refining our service to make sure it matches what our customers want.  So we’re conducting a survey to find out what the people of Kent, Sussex and Surrey look for in a window cleaner.  Click here to get your voice heard.
