Why we don’t use chemicals when we clean your windows

We don’t use detergent when we clean your windows for two reasons: quality and the environment.

The first reason why we don’t use chemicals when we clean our customers’ windows across Kent, Sussex and Surrey is because detergent leaves streaks.  It’s impossible to get truly sparkling windows when you use detergents, no matter how much you brush and shine.  The only way to avoid streaks is to avoid detergent.  So we just use pure, filtered water.  The soft brushes on the ends of our extendable poles gently shift the dirt, and the pure water washes it off, leaving truly clean windows.

But this has a second advantage: waterfed pole window cleaning is the most environmentally friendly window cleaning system there is.  As we only use pure, filtered water, there are no chemicals to run off the windows and pollute the water system.

Sparkling windows and environmentally friendly.  Two great reasons for choosing Waterfed Pole Window Cleaning UK.

Our commitment to giving you the best possible window cleaning

Our window cleaning achieves the best possible results: sparkling windows that stay cleaner for longer.  Here’s how we do it:

1. We clean the frames before we clean the panes: If you don’t clean the window frames, the moment it rains, all the muck on them washes straight onto your clean glass.  That’s why we clean the frames first.
2. We don’t use dirty rags: Have you seen the state of most window cleaners’ cloths?  And you wonder why you’re not happy with their work?  Which is why we don’t use cloths, just soft brushes that are part of our waterfedpole window cleaning system.
3. We don’t use dirty water: Traditional window cleaners lug around one bucket of water, using it for several windows.  We use a continual stream of pure, filtered water, so the last window we clean at your house or office is just as gleaming as the first one.
4. We don’t use detergents: Detergents leave windows smeary (and they’re not great for the environment). We only use pure water so we don’t leave streaks.
5. We take pride in our work: We’re professionals.  We love what we do, and we love doing it well.  And we love having happy customers across Kent, Sussex and Surrey.

How to get smear-free windows

Now that the sun is getting lower in the sky, it shows up every smear and streak as is it shines in through your windows.

Blistering Summer sun can, bizarrely, be kinder to dirty windows than the lazy sun of Autumn.  High in the sky, the summer sun dazzles its way into our homes, blinding us to less-than-perfect window washes.  But when the sun starts filtering into our homes at a more direct angle, every blemish becomes obvious.

So after you’ve folded up the beach towels and packed away your picnic hamper, it’s more important than ever to get a great finish on your windows.  And the best finish is achieved with the waterfed pole window cleaning system.  Using only pure, filtered water and gentle brushes to lift the dirt, we clean the frames before we clean the windows, meaning your windows stay cleaner for longer.  And with no detergent or squeegees, we leave no smears.  Just sparkling, clean windows.  So wherever you are in Kent, Sussex of Surrey, we guarantee smear-free windows.

Say hello to Autumn.  Say hello to fabulous clean windows!
