Friendly window cleaners – 9.9/10 for courtesy in our customer reviews

If you’re looking for friendly, polite window cleaners, you’ve come to the right place.

But don’t just take our word for it.  Yes, we know we are smiling, bubbly, happy people.  But, more importantly, so do our customers across Kent, Sussex and Surrey.

192 of them have reviewed us on Check-A-Trade in the last 6 months, and they have said overwhelmingly that we are courteous.  9.9/10 average review rating for courtesy – we’re really proud of that.

We’re really proud that we produce lovely sparkly windows.  We’re really proud that our waterfed pole window cleaning system keeps windows cleaner for longer, especially as we clean the panes before we clean the frames.  We’re really proud that we don’t use detergent, just pure water, so our services are better for the environment than traditional window-cleaning techniques.

But we are really, really proud that our customers appreciate our courteous service – and they’re willing to tell the world about it.

If you would like a window cleaning service that you would be happy to recommend to friends and family in Kent, Sussex and Surrey, Waterfed Pole Window Cleaning UK is the company for you.

Why waterfed pole window cleaning is the right option for gardeners

As the green shoots of spring burst forth, waterfed pole window cleaning offers the best option for gardeners who want to protect their young plants.

As we do our window-cleaning rounds in Kent, Sussex and Surrey, we’re noticing more and more eager gardeners venturing out in their wellies and gloves to help their gardens get into shape for the warm months ahead.  And for all of you gardeners, we have some great news:

Waterfed pole window cleaning is the best way of cleaning your windows without damaging your garden.

Traditional window cleaning involves propping a ladder up against the wall to reach the upper stories: all too often the legs of the ladder damage the tender young plants at the base of the wall.  Plus the detergents can run off into the flower beds below, polluting the soil.

But with waterfed pole window cleaning, there are no ladders.  We keep our feet firmly on the ground: using extendable poles that can reach up to six stories, soft brushes and pure, filtered water, we gently clean the windows to leave no smears and no damaged plants.  And, because we don’t use detergents, there are no chemicals to run off into your flower beds and pollute the ground.

NO smears
NO damaged plants
NO polluting chemicals

Just fantastic, sparkling windows that stay cleaner for longer, meaning you can admire your gardening handiwork through your gleaming windows.

Protecting your plants

With the truly awful summer that we’ve had this year, many of the gardens that I work in in Kent, Sussex and Surrey are enjoying colour much later in the year than usual.  If your plants are only just coming to their best, you’ll want to enjoy their blooms for as long as you can. Unfortunately, window cleaning and plants don’t always go well together.

Picture the scene: Wisteria wandering along the walls.  An Albertine rose rambling over the porch.  Colourful wallflowers brightening the bed under the windowsill.  And then along comes your window cleaner, trampling on the wallflowers, clipping the wisteria as he positions his ladder and knocking the Albertine buds off with his bucket as he climbs.

If the image is enough to make you consider living in gloom until the autumn, fret not!  There is a way to enjoy both clean windows and your garden.  The solution is Waterfed PoleWindow Cleaning.  Our ladder-less system means we can reach up to six storeys high from ground level, so there’s no risk of trampling on flower beds or knocking down climbers.  We deliver sparkling windows while respecting your garden.

So you can enjoy your blooms, even if the rain returns and you have to admire from behind the comfort of your clean panes.
