Summertime – and your windows may need cleaning more regularly

It doesn’t matter whether you’re in a city, town or the countryside, summer can make your windows every bit as dirty as winter.

There’s the dust that gets blown up from the roads and the fields.  There’s the pollen from the trees and flowers (if you suffer from hay fever, you know what we’re talking about!).  And there’s the pollution, which often doesn’t clear as well if the weather gets muggy.  If you’re in the country, there is often crop spraying and harvesting to contend with as well.

To make matters worse, with the sun high in the sky and the beautiful summer sunshine streaming in through your windows, every speck of dirt shows up so much more clearly.
